Munro Systems Stand Alone™ systems are designed to provide superior performance and value. Water to the suction and discharge piping, and electrical power are your only requirements for a smooth operating system. Munro’s Stand Alone™ custom engineered, integrated control system solves the problems associated with most small package systems without adding cost or complexity, including:
• Maintaining constant pressure in the face of varying system demands, without the hassle of large tanks, energy-robbing throttling valves, or jockey pumps.
• Preventing pumps from rapid cycling and pressure surges during start and stop.
• Simplified set-up and operation — with all functions incorporated into one unit. Whether your input power is three phase or single phase, there is a version of the Stand Alone™ to accommodate your needs. Standard three-phase units are available to 250 HP. Phase-converting Stand Alone™ stations control three-phase motors up to 75 HP, from 230 V or 460 V single-phase lines. Stand Alone™ custom designs can be built with a variety of pumps, including self-priming centrifugal pumps from 10 to 250 GPM, horizontal or vertical centrifugal and vertical style, or submersible style turbine pumps. Piping options include stainless steel or municipal by-pass configurations.
